1. Service Description

Primavigor provides a 12-week educational program about male vitality. This is an educational product, NOT medical advice, therapy, or treatment.

2. Account & Access

Access is granted via email-based authentication (magic links). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles all payment processing and card data — we never store your card details. VAT is calculated based on your location and applied in accordance with EU tax law. Invoices are issued by SC 100 Lemons SRL (Romania) via SmartBill. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service at stripe.com/legal.

4. Content License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the protocol content. You may download PDFs for personal use. You may NOT redistribute, resell, or share the content or your account credentials.

5. Digital Content Waiver

By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this constitutes a waiver of your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primavigor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
